Brilliant solutions for 45 years
With this year’s 50th anniversary of ISM, there will be more than one reason to celebrate. The year 2020 marks the 45th anniversary of CAPOL® 254N, CAPOL’s first ready-to-use glazing agent. The introduction to the market in 1975 marked an important milestone in the company’s history. A revolution those days, the product nowadays still is the gold standard in chocolate glazing for manufacturers worldwide.
A tradition of innovation
Since then, the CAPOL® portfolio has grown steadily and the extensive range of individual products clearly demonstrates CAPOL’s tradition as the innovation leader in surface treatment for confectionery. At this year’s ProSweets, CAPOL therefore celebrates the anniversary of ISM as well as 45 years of chocolate glazing solutions for the confectionery industry.
A special focus is therefore set on the development of CAPOL chocolate glazing solutions beginning with the 254 range until today’s product variety. All-in-one glazing solutions were one of the first product innovations resulting from continuous research. Designed for less stickiness and quick drying they reduce the finishing process by one step and work without a shellac sealing.
