A systematic approach to quality and product safety
Without exception, all raw materials and the products manufactured from them by CAPOL are subject to strict quality controls from arrival at our plant to dispatch. Computer-assisted procurement and production programs enable products to be traced back to their raw materials and vice versa at any time. All production stages and analysis results are documented and can be called up at any time.
Our QA laboratory uses the latest equipment for chemical and physicochemical analysis. Highly qualified employees carry out extensive quality controls on all raw materials and product batches based on fixed parameters, and therefore ensure that the quality of our products remains consistently outstanding. In our state-of-the-art management system, sophisticated processes for continuous documentation, as well as extensive calibration and maintenance work on the testing and analysis equipment used, are standard.
Our efficient HACCP system ensures that food safety is maintained across all processing stages, from delivery of the raw materials to dispatch of our products. The quality assurance and food safety system is regularly audited by an independent company, DQS CFS GmbH, as part of ISO 9001, IFS and BRC audits.
Within the framework of our management system, we are continuously developing our potential for innovation and improvement, according to the motto: Whoever stops being better, stops being good. This includes risk analyses, audits, training, reviews and other measures.

The quality management system of Capol GmbH is certified according to ISO 9001:2015. It therefore meets the necessary system standards in order to fulfill customer needs and product quality requirements.
