Anti-sticking Agents

Our CAPOL® anti-sticking agents prevent gum products from sticking together and ensure an attractive appearance. We offer products for application on gelatine, pectin or starch-based gums, as well as for jellies.

Glazing Agents

CAPOL® glazing agents create a brilliant gloss on chocolate dragées and have a crucial influence on how the flavor is first experienced in the mouth. They improve the dragées’ resistance to fluctuations in temperature and humidity.

Polishing Agents

CAPOL® polishing agents give hard and soft sugar dragées an attractive glossy appearance. Our polishing agents add brilliance to vermicelli, candy beans or jelly beans and bring out the vibrancy of the colors.

Sealing Agents

Sealing with CAPOL® sealing agents is recommended for lasting protection of the glaze on dragées. The solutions containing shellac protect the dragées from mechanical strain and ensure that the glaze remains stable even with high humidity or temperature fluctuations.

Dipping Bath Solutions

For extruded licorice or fruit strings, CAPOL® dipping baths provide an appealing shine and optimum anti-sticking properties. The anti-sticking agent coats the product surface with an extremely thin layer.

Sour Sanding

With our CAPOLAN® product range, we offer the perfect ingredient for sour, sugar-coated gums. The organic acids are coated with a non-reactive fat layer which prevents unwanted chemical interactions.

Pre-Coating

The FIX GUM® system is our solution for inclusions with a high moisture or oil content. It is applied to the inclusions as a pre-treatment before panning and prevents migration of fats or oils and moisture between the center and the surface of the dragée.
