Our CAPOLAN® product range consisting of coated acids adds the subtly tart flavors of malic acid, tartaric acid and citric acid to gums and licorice of all kinds. Encasing the acids in fat prevents them from reacting with other ingredients in the gum products.
CAPOLAN® is easy to handle and can be mixed directly with sugar. The mixture can be easily applied to the slightly heated or moistened surface of the gums in a sprinkling drum. The fat coating on the acids significantly reduces the amount of dust in the production environment.
