New market trends or new laws mean that producers of confectionery must adapt their recipes. Consumer desires, for example for bio-certified articles or the use of sustainable raw materials, influence the business of confectionery production and presentation.
To be able to optimally support our customers, we not only extend our product portfolio constantly, but design solutions for individual queries and provide support for the development of new products. For this we have a team of experienced food chemists, food technologists and ecotrophologists, who can advise our customers on questions about the product, legal requirements as well as dosage settings and tests. Each case is different and requires an individual production set-up. Closely linked with the production and development departments of our customers we achieve the best results here.
Formulations are tested in our modern laboratories and pilot plants. These are available exclusively to our customers, in order to develop their own or joint product ideas.
Our portfolio demonstrates that we ensure absolute confidentiality across the entire process: We have developed more than 250 tailored products for customers.
