Seamless controlling
From the moment of the receipt of the goods until successful dispatch, absolutely all raw materials and all derived products undergo various stringent quality checks. Computer-controlled production programmes enable the traceability from product to raw material and vice versa at any time, and all production steps and results of analyses are documented and readily retrievable without exception.
Laboratory
In our well-equipped QA laboratory most advanced technology is being used for the chemical and physicochemical analyses. Highly qualified members of staff perform stringent checks for set parameters on all product batches, thus ensuring the consistently superior quality of our products. A sophisticated system of continuous documentation and a comprehensive calibration and maintenance plan for the analyses are our standard.
Commitment to the HACCP system (system for the hazard analysis of foodstuffs)
 Our commitment to the HACCP system guarantees the keeping of the food safety along all steps of handling and processing, from the receipt of the raw materials at our warehouse to the distribution of our products. Our HACCP system is inspected regularly in the course of our IFS- and BRC-audits by the independent DQS GmbH, and it is always awarded with the highest marks.
Constant further development of our QM system
„If you cease to improve yourself, then you cease to be good.“ This is the principal under which we constantly acquire concepts for the improvement of our QM system. The basis for this is a blanket system, consisting of risk analyses, external and internal audits, seminars and trainings, as well as reviews and more.
