CAPOLEX® is our brand name for liquid, paste and solid release agents used in manufacturing hard and soft caramels.
Anti-adhesion – Highly stable release agents
CAPOLEX® release agents for hard and soft caramels keep products separated and are flavourless, stable, and cost-effective and easy to use. These products take the bumps out of the production process, while protecting exposed machine parts from corrosion and abrasion.
CAPOLEX® release agents are used on machines such as the following:

Release agents – Flavourless protection against sticking
Our CAPOLEX® products are used anywhere where products such as hard and soft caramels have sticky surfaces. CAPOLEX® products are based on vegetable oils, fats, waxes or lecithin and serve as clean and effective release agents. They are odourless and flavourless. Release agents effectively prevent hard and soft caramels from sticking to machine parts, consequently improving processing and packing.
Reliable protection from clumping for candies, caramels and toffees
Candies, caramels and toffees are prime candidates when it comes to clumping and sticking together – in production, processing, or packing. Release agents are applied on batch cookers, cooling and conveyor belts or cooling tables and make it easier to detach hard caramel and toffee masses while providing reliable protection for machinery parts. As release agents for formers, they ensure easy detachment for candies, caramels and toffees.
CAPOLEX® release agents can be applied by hand, or using dosing systems or spraying equipment.
